Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal — 7 days

For online purchases, you may withdraw within 7 calendar days of purchase or receipt of access, without giving a reason (article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code).

The amount paid is refunded in full through the original payment method.

We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee. This policy does not limit other statutory consumer rights.

2. How to request a refund

• Email privacidade@altoimpactomentoria.com.br with the subject “Refund”, providing your name, the email used for the purchase and the product.
• We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• Stripe processes the refund through the original payment method. For credit cards, the refund appears according to the card issuer's processing time (generally within 2 statements).

3. After the refund

Access to the full report, platform and mentoring sessions ends.
