Terms of Use

1. Purpose

Alto Impacto Mentoria offers one-on-one business mentoring, the Alto Impacto Diagnostic (free preview and paid full report) and a management platform for clients. The diagnostic is a guidance tool based on your answers; it is not an audit, accounting opinion, legal advice or credit analysis.

2. Account and access

• Platform access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
• Information you provide must be true and up to date.
• We may suspend access in case of misuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

3. Intellectual property

The Alto Impacto Method, texts, materials, reports, tools, trademarks and site layout belong to Alto Impacto Mentoria or its licensors. You may use the materials to manage your own company; copying, reselling, distributing or creating derivative products without written permission is prohibited.

4. User duties

• Use the services lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not try to access other people's areas or data or interfere with the site.
• Do not enter third-party data without a legal basis.
• Carry out the actions agreed in mentoring: results depend on your execution.

5. No guarantee of results or credit

We deliver method, clarity, indicators and follow-through. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, timeframes or any financial result.

We are not a financial institution and do not guarantee credit approval. Any credit decision belongs solely to the financial institution.

6. Limitation of liability

Management, investment and credit decisions are the business owner's responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from those decisions. Nothing here limits consumer rights under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

7. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Prices are shown on the site and at checkout. Withdrawal and refund rules are in the Refund Policy. We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is on this page, dated at the top. The Portuguese version prevails in case of discrepancy.

10. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, are elected, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue at their own domicile.
